Loft Conversion in Thurcaston, Leicester

Something a bit different for Kerry and Simon Soper.

This was a part dormer part pitch roof loft conversion with Juliet balcony and french doors, and instead of the tile or slate hanging on the sides of the dormer the customer went for the two part pre coloured render, which means you don`t have to paint it.

This loft was quite sizeable and consisted of a master bedroom with storage, through to a dressing room and en suite.

Does anyone know a good builder? I BLOODY DO. It’s not often I do this but when you find a brilliant one I want to spread the word. Matt Hackett has just done a roof extension in our new home and I could not be more pleased.

1. He told me how long it was going to take and he stuck to it with no issues. 2. He knew far more than the architect and helped us with our design to get the price down without cutting corners 3. He gave me ample time to make decisions 4. Not one cross word 5. Stuck to his word 6. Totally reliable 7. Trustworthy 8. GENUINE 9. and an all round totally nice bloke.

If anyone in the Leicestershire area needs a builder, he is your man. Anyone is totally welcome to come and have a look at his great workmanship. When the building inspector came round, he told me that Matt is one of the best builders going…. And I can agree with that.
