Velux Loft Conversion, Link Road

Matt and his crew were the epitome of perfect builders. Before the job started, Matt spotted an opportunity to considerably increase the space available to us by changing the arrangement of a supporting beam, which he worked through with the architect off his own back and changed.    Once underway, they did what they said they were going to, when they said they were going to, on time.  The site was kept clean and well organised throughout and the different trades rotated through quickly and efficiently, ensuring there were no delays.  All Matt’s team were lovely, with each one taking the trouble to come and say hello on their first day.   The job itself was done to an exceptional standard, with every detail addressed – we’re delighted with the new space!
