Random facts from our half year review

What a year it has been so far; therefore, as a bit of fun, we thought we would dig out some random facts from the loft conversions we have completed in 2025 so far!

Random loft conversion facts:

We have fired/hammered over 18,600 nails

Filled 12 skips for recycling

Over 1500 trips up and down the ladder each

Had 8 lorry loads of timber and materials

Managed to drink 20,000 cups of tea and coffee

Created larger homes for 4 very happy families

Even managed a week on DIY SOS thrown in for good measure, (should be on TV end of Aug/Sep 2025)

Big things to come, as MPH enters houses refurbishments as we bring very run down houses back to life! Rent or flip will be the question?

Plus, MPH is supporting the Western Park Charity Beer Festive again, more to come on that!
