Works are progressing well just four weeks into our loft conversion on Richard Avenue, Aylestone. In just under a month, we have managed to complete construction of the dormer, fully insulated, external slates to match the existing roof, windows installed, and internally first fix electrics, plumbing fitted and stairs in. We have finished the plaster boarding and it’s ready for the plasterers.
This conversion is a beautiful full-width dormer which has fully opened the roof space, allowing us to create one new large master bedroom, providing much needed space for the family for the customer enabling them to stay in the home and area they love?
