Seven weeks into the Ashleigh Road loft in Westcotes and bang-on schedule with two weeks to go until completion. Dormer and brick gables built, inside fully insulated and boarded, first-fix plumbing and electrics installed, windows and Velux fitted, stairs and stud walls in place, plasterers are in this week while the roofers bring up the outside in slate plus all new facia soffit and guttering all round.
