Another loft comes to an end, leaving another happy family to enjoy their new larger home with a new hip to gable conversion, including a dormer and complete re-roof creating both a stunning inside to be enjoy and elegant outside.
The space comprises of a large master bedroom with its own en-suite, turning a three-bed semi-detached into a four bed, two-bathroom home! Thus, allowing the growing kids to enjoy bigger bedrooms on the first floor when mum and dad fully move into the new top floor
Both Sarah and Dan were a pleasure to work for, especially Dan’s sausage bacon and egg cobs (bread rolls for those outside of the Leicestershire) in the morning! And when their little girl brought us a thank you card, she had made herself, we had to hold back the tears!
