A lovely little conversion which mades a big difference! Converting a two-bedroom house into a beautiful three double-bedroom family home.
A new full width dormer has really opened up the space, now making full use the attic as living accommodation. The dormer includes one large window and a large Velux window. This created a large airy space for a double bedroom giving the family a much needed extra bedroom whilst also ensuring easy access to the storage space retained in the eves.
The homeowners were an amazing family to work with, and we loved creating them something special to enjoy as a family for many years to come. They’re now just awaiting on the plaster to dry (it shouldn’t take long in this heat!) so they can start decorating and move in. We can’t wait to see their finished space.
