Here we are on Lymington Road, Scraptoff in Leicestershire and we’re about halfway through on this hip to gable loft conversion including a full re-roof for this three-bed semi. Once we’re completed this home with have a new master bedroom with generous en-suite bathroom in the old loft space.
We have already completed installing the flooring, bespoke staircase, erected all the internal walls, new Velux windows fitted and fully insulated the space. It is now ready for the first fix plumbing and electrics before plaster boarding and skimming.
We are bang on schedule for completion, even stopping construction for the odd butty!
