Six weeks on Oakthorpe Road’s hip to gable and dormer loft conversion and we are on the home straight already! All structural works are now complete and signed off by building control. The first-fix electrics and plumbing are installed, stairs fully insulated and boarded ready for plastering, plus all the external works are complete and weather tight.
The next stages are the second-fix electrics and plumbing, finishing touches including the skirting, spindles, doors, tiling. Then just a good hoover and good clean and we are done, giving a new family space for the customer to enjoy.
