With the first jobs of the New Year coming to an end, the team are well and truly back into the swing of things, which is a good thing considering how many loft conversion enquiries we’re getting at the moment – everyone wants to move up, not out!
I can see this year being a busy one for MPH, starting with these two dormers which could not have gone any better. They are both a mirror-image of each other, so once we built one it was just a case of build and repeat.
Weather wise, it was a dry January (unlike some of the team) which allowed the roofers to crack-on while we insulated the inside and built the stud walls to form the en-suite bathrooms, leaving just the windows to fit. That’s us done now, so we can hand over to the families to enjoy.
