This is a testament to MPH Construction and carpentry. We had a loft conversion built by MPH. Matt Hackett is the most reliable builder I have ever known. He came on the day he said, he did exactly what was required to complete the project on time despite rain at times, he said it would take six weeks and it took six weeks. The project was completed with the minimum of disruption to ourselves, even though we were living at the property for the whole duration, and everything was tidy and clean during the day and at the end of day. The quality of the work by himself and his team was exemplary and there were no remedial work AT ALL, everything was finished perfectly. Not only was Matt the best builder, his prices were also the best value. Matt loves his work and it shows.

This was a wrap around dormer conversion to an end semi with a Juliet balcony. These are very popular as this style of loft opens up the maximum amount of space.

The new staircase fits nicely into the landing area so there was no impact with any of the bedrooms.
