MPH is back in Western Park, Leicester with a new double hip-to-gable loft conversion to create a space for a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, this property is also going to have a full re-roof including new treated timber laths, breathable membrane and all new tiles. We’re are also going to be installing new facias and guttering so the customer will never have to think about the roof again once completed.
Our first job will be to carefully take-down the two existing large and now redundant chimneys, keeping the bricks, which will be cleaned and recycled for use in the new gables ensuring it matches the existing house. These are the little things are what makes all the difference, so the outside looks just as good as the inside!
